A personal space to explore what's weighing on you. Suited to adults working through anxiety, depression, stress, difficult transitions, or wanting to understand themselves better.

- Course of therapy: 12–20 sessions on average

For the couple
Couples counselling
When communication breaks down or conflicts repeat, couples counselling offers a neutral space to reconnect with respect.
- Session length: 60 minutes
- Both partners attend
- Focus on communication, conflict management, rebuilding trust
- Online
- Typically 10–25 sessions depending on goals
- Neutral facilitation of dialogue, without judgment or ready-made decisions.
For parents
Parent counselling
When parenting becomes a challenge (adolescence, school difficulties, family tensions, divorce), parent counselling offers support and perspective to help you respond effectively.
- Session length: 60–75 minutes
- Members relevant to the issue attend
- Focus on family dynamics, not on assigning blame
- Typically 6–15 sessions
- Online (secure video call)
