Individual therapy
A personal space to explore what's weighing on you. Suited to adults working through anxiety, depression, stress, difficult transitions, or wanting to understand themselves better.
- Session length: 50 minutes
- Frequency: usually once a week
- Course of therapy: 8–20 sessions on average
- In-person or online (secure video call)
- Strict confidentiality — bound by professional code of ethics
- Suited to anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorders
- Free 15-minute introductory call before we begin
For the couple
Couples therapy
When communication breaks down or conflicts repeat, couples therapy offers a neutral space to reconnect with respect.
- Session length: 60 minutes
- Both partners attend
- Focus on communication, conflict management, rebuilding trust
- In-person or online
- Typically 10–25 sessions depending on goals
- No one takes sides — we work as a triangle
- Free 20-minute introductory call before we begin
For the family
Family therapy
When a family is going through a difficult phase — divorce, adolescence, loss, relocation — therapy helps every member find their footing again.
- Session length: 60–75 minutes
- Members relevant to the issue attend
- Suitable for children aged 10 and above
- Focus on family dynamics, not on assigning blame
- Typically 6–15 sessions
- In-person (recommended for families)
