Data we collect
When you submit the callback form, we collect your name and phone number, plus a hashed (one-way encrypted) indicator of your IP address — never the IP itself — solely to protect against abusive submissions. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you actively give when submitting the form.
Retention
Contact details submitted via the form are retained for 90 days, unless we proceed into a therapeutic relationship in which case separate clinical records apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us with any request.
Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies for the site to function (e.g. language preference). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not share data with third parties.

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). Email notifications are sent via Resend (EU processing).
